About The Position

Lessard Callingwood Veterinary Hospital Ltd. is looking to add a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team of long-term, experienced veterinarians, RVTs, VMAs, and CSRs. As an AAHA-accredited small animal practice located in west Edmonton, our hospital offers a supportive atmosphere with regular team meetings, ongoing continuing education, and mentorship opportunities. We are easily accessible from Whitemud Freeway and Anthony Henday Drive and are equipped with Vetup software, an in-house IDEXX laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, and a dedicated dental suite with digital dental radiography. We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician (or eligible candidate) who is passionate about animal care, enjoys working in a team environment, and is eager to grow their skills. In this role, you will play an integral part in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clients with compassion and professionalism, and assisting with a variety of medical, surgical, and dental procedures. Candidates with an interest in anesthesia would be a strong fit.

Requirements

  • AHT/VT Diploma
  • Registration (or eligibility) as a Registered Veterinary Technician
  • Passion for animal care and commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
