About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT/LVT) who is a difference maker and shares our mission of providing care to all patients, even those with challenging paths. This role is an opportunity to become a key leader in our hospital, elevating patient care, strengthening team performance, and driving the practice forward. We are looking for someone who can manage hospital flow, guide and support technicians and assistants, keep cases moving efficiently without sacrificing quality or safety, collaborate with veterinarians on workflow and case management, and serve as a bridge between the treatment floor and hospital leadership. This position is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, moves with urgency but never cuts corners, cares deeply about patients, and believes in doing things the right way. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, stays calm under pressure, believes in exceptional medicine, transparency with clients, teamwork, and leadership through action. This role is not for those simply looking for a paycheck or title, but for those seeking a hospital where their voice matters, skills are valued, leadership is encouraged, and their work genuinely changes lives. We are building a team that works hard, supports one another, and refuses to settle for average.
