About The Position
Martin Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, AAHA-accredited practice that has been proudly caring for pets in the Etobicoke community for over 72 years. Requirements
- Must have passed the VTNE or be eligible to write the VTNE.
- Must be in good standing with the provincial regulatory association.
- Successfully completed a 2 or 3-year accredited Canadian Veterinary or Animal Health Technology Diploma Program.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Veterinarian with medical, surgical and dental procedures.
- Uses a range of diagnostic equipment.
- Prepares patients, instruments and equipment for surgery.
- Administers and monitors medicines under the direction of a Veterinarian.
- Builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets.
- Is respectful in all interactions.
- Provides exceptional customer service.
