About The Position
ShotVet is hiring California-licensed Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) to join our mobile veterinary team. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while providing preventative care to pets in communities throughout Southern California. The schedule is Saturdays & Sundays, approximately 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Compensation includes aggressive hourly pay and competitive compensation based on experience. The role requires reporting to our Covina, CA office and traveling throughout Southern California with the mobile veterinary team.
Requirements
- Active California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license
- Available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile environment
- Strong animal handling skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist with vaccinations, wellness exams, and preventative care services
- Safely handle dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments
- Work alongside a California-licensed veterinarian
- Travel with a supportive team that manages client education, administrative tasks, and clinic flow
