Requirements
- 2 years of Microsoft Office experience, including Excel
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, such as standing for extended periods and lifting 50 lbs
- Great critical thinking, active listening, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly professional and ethical with a positive attitude
- A reliable self-starter
Nice To Haves
- Veterinary technology degree OR a human healthcare certification
- 2+ years of vet tech OR human healthcare experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience with mentoring/training a team
- Experience supervising a team
Responsibilities
- Checking in on each furry guest
- Administering medications per their individualized directives
- Updating charts to ensure their health is monitored with precision
- Keeping your environment clean and disinfected, maintaining a safe and welcoming space for all animals in our care
- Collaborating with team members
- Providing critical support during wellness evaluations
- Ensuring our pets receive the attention and comfort they deserve
