About The Position

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sleep Technologist to join our dynamic team! You’ll work under medical supervision to perform overnight polysomnograms and other complex sleep procedures, all while mentoring and training new staff members. If you're passionate about sleep medicine and want to grow in a busy, high-energy environment, this is your chance to shine! Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in sleep data collection, CPAP titration, scoring, and stage recognition.
Must hold either a RPSGT Registry or RRT certification.
Must have a current BCLS certification upon hire and remain active in order to keep your employment status.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and patients.
Strong computer knowledge to navigate our systems with ease.

Nice To Haves

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or RRT certification
Experience with MSLT (Multiple Sleep Latency Test) and MWT (Maintenance of Wakefulness Test)
Experience with accreditation readiness

Responsibilities

Perform overnight polysomnograms and complex sleep procedures, working directly under medical supervision.
Help guide and mentor new Sleep Center staff and non-certified Sleep Technologists, sharing your expertise to ensure they succeed.
Collaborate closely with a board-certified Sleep Medicine physician to deliver top-notch patient care.
