Registered School Nurse
About The Position
The Registered School Nurse assists the School Principal and the Supervisor of Nursing Services in carrying out the district’s health program. The position provides nursing services to students and serves as a liaison for students, staff, administration, parents, and the community. Days of the week and hours may vary. This posting will be used to establish an applicant pool and does not necessarily indicate a current vacancy; candidates may be selected for interviews as vacancies arise throughout the school year. Salary is based on the current ESP Salary Schedule, Level III, with placement determined by Human Resources DOE. The position is FLSA non-exempt. Eligible positions may include Washington State SEBB health coverage and a state retirement package; SEBB eligibility generally requires anticipated work of at least 630 hours per school year.
