About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected non-profit healthcare system in Montana to find a compassionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). This role is within a growing team dedicated to exceptional patient care and community impact. Both Full-Time and Per Diem opportunities are available, with a schedule of 3x12 Day Shifts.
Requirements
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Current CPR, ACLS, PALS & NRP Certifications

Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate respiratory therapy equipment and deliver therapy prescribed by physicians
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Perform diagnostic testing, including: Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), Electrocardiographs (ECGs), Electroencephalography (EEGs)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care plans
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold clinical standards
