About The Position
Avita Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their Pulmonary Department at Avita Galion Hospital. The Registered Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services under the supervision of the Pulmonary Services Manager, in accordance with specific physician’s orders and department policies and procedures. Avita Health System serves the communities of Crawford and Richland counties and has grown significantly, now employing over 2,200 team members and more than 160 physicians and advanced practitioners.
Requirements
- Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
- ACLS, NRP, PALS and BLS certifications.

- Providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders, department policies and procedures.
