This position is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) on a PRN basis, with rotating shifts. The role involves reviewing medical records, obtaining patient history, evaluating patients using age and diagnosis-appropriate assessments, and applying appropriate patient care interventions according to protocol guidelines and priority of care. The therapist will demonstrate competence in age-appropriate patient assessment and individualize care based on age-specific needs, using therapeutic treatment techniques appropriate to the patient's age and desire for treatment. They will perform treatment procedures within the scope of their professional license.
