About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics team within a leading healthcare facility. This role involves delivering high-quality respiratory care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Candidates must be flexible to float across units and work weekends as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- CRT or RRT certification accepted
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Associate Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
- Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist License (RRT)
- NBRC Certification
- AHA BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed
- Monitor, assess, and document patients’ respiratory status
- Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory care equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Float to other units or affiliated facilities as needed
