About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires flexibility to work mixed shifts and support multiple facilities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- CRT or RRT credential accepted
- Associate Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
- Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist License (required at time of submission)
- NBRC Certification
- AHA BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures
- Monitor, assess, and document patient respiratory status
- Operate and manage ventilators and related respiratory equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Float to other affiliated facilities as required
