About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with Blue Ridge Medical Center, located in Blue Ridge, GA to hire a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a Night Shift opportunity in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. As a Respiratory Care Professional, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality cardiopulmonary care to patients across a variety of settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Emotionally mature and able to perform effectively under pressure
• NBRC Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Active Georgia Respiratory Care Professional License
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• All certifications must remain active throughout employment

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital or related clinical experience preferred
• PALS and NRP certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessing, treating, and monitoring patients with cardiopulmonary conditions
• Performing diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic procedures
• Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Providing clinical guidance, education, and technical support to staff
• Responding effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations
• Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care every shift
