About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a high-paying travel opportunity with a leading acute care hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for Respiratory Therapists with strong ICU and critical care experience who thrive in fast-paced clinical environments.
Requirements
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
- Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license required
- ACLS and BCLS certifications required
- Minimum 18 months of recent ICU experience required
- Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- First-time travelers welcome
- Must be comfortable working every other weekend
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care treatments and perform patient assessments in ICU settings
- Manage ventilators and other respiratory support equipment
- Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency respiratory and critical care situations
- Float between affiliated facilities as required
- Adhere to hospital safety standards and patient care protocols
