About The Position
Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO that focuses on personalized care. Our 25-inpatient bed facility is a Medicare 4-star rated and is ranked in the top 1% nationally for Patient Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. Requirements
- High School Graduate/Equivalent.
- RT R certification
- BLS, required.
- 1-2 years’ experience.
Nice To Haves
- CT preferred but not required.
- Fluoroscopy/OR Experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow diagnostic radiography procedure protocols assigned by radiologist.
- Abide by the radiation best practices and guidelines set forth by the ACR.
- Work in a fast-paced, teamwork environment.
- Provide flexibility to adjust hours and shifts as needed to accommodate the department needs and services.
- Must have good communication skills to compassionately and accurately explain to the patient the imaging procedures and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with physicians to ensure the patient and providers needs are met.
