About The Position
Working with acute medical and surgical populations.
Requirements
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Heart & Stroke Approved BLS Provider Card upon hire
- Experience working with and advocating for the elderly
- Medication administration certification and experience
- Physical assessment
- Wound care
- Enteral feeding experience
- Maintenance of IV lines
- Experience with electronic documentation
- Satisfactory employment and attendance record.
- Must provide availability of a 0.50 FTE
- All new hires must be fully compliant with our Vaccination Policy as a condition of employment with Halton Healthcare.
- Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a documented medical exemption as part of the hiring process.
