This position involves delivering quality community-based consultation and treatment services as an integrated member of the Behavioural Supports Ontario Outreach Team. The aim is to improve the quality of life for older adults with or at risk of responsive behaviours/personal expressions arising from mental health, substance use, dementia, delirium, and/or other neurological conditions, as well as enhancing the lives of their care partners. The role will be supported by direct clinical supervision from the Clinical Lead and Program Manager, with accountabilities to and in partnership with the Northeast Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) Central Office.
