About The Position

Trillium Health Partners is one of Canada’s largest community-based teaching hospitals, serving the growing and diverse populations of Mississauga, West Toronto, and surrounding communities. The selected candidates for the Clinical Resource Team (CRT) will provide clinical expertise and will have the unique opportunity to build relationships while they work with team members on various units and across sites.

Requirements

• Diploma graduate of a recognized college or school of nursing or equivalent
• Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or currently meet the eligibility criteria to register in good standing in the Temporary Class or General Class with the CNO
• Recent experience in acute care required, including management of a medical and/or surgical assignment
• Current B.L.S.
• Reliable and flexible individual
• Effective interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• A positive attendance and work record is essential

Nice To Haves

• Experience with administration of intravenous medications within the last year preferred
• Patient assessment course
