Requirements

• Successfully completed a Sonography program from a recognized institution.
• Registered and in good standing with CMRITO.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Superior organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities with good attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current within the profession.
• Excellent attendance and performance record required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of musculoskeletal, neuro-sonography and vascular imaging are assets.
• Current hospital experience is preferred.
• Experience with PACS and HIS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing and interpreting abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, breast imaging and small parts procedures.
• Assisting in Interventional biopsy procedures.
• Performing portable exams.
• Cross-training in at least one other modality to support operational needs across THP.
