This position is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, delivery, and storage of medications. The Registered Pharmacy Technician I PRN will ensure the accuracy of their work, maintain required competencies, and adhere to departmental quality improvement and patient safety standards. This role also involves ongoing professional development, leading by example, perpetuating accountability, and managing one's own time. Effective communication, development of positive working relationships, and role-modeling teamwork are essential. This position may also train new employees on routine tasks under the direction of designated personnel and shares responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs and discovering process efficiencies.
