We are seeking a Registered Oncology Nurse (RN) who thrives in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment. New therapies, systems, and processes are introduced regularly. We need a nurse who is confident, adaptable, and motivated to grow alongside the practice.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in IA, multi state preferred
- 3-5 years oncology nursing experience
- Highly skilled in IV placement and phlebotomy
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
- Adaptable, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented
- Passionate about patient outcomes and integrative medicine
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a high-performance integrative medicine setting
- Perform IV therapy and phlebotomy with confidence and precision
- Support advanced therapies and diagnostics
- Think proactively, identify problems, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with a driven, mission-focused clinical team
- Support our Terrain Oncology Program (TOP) and work with our oncology patients closely
- Continuously learn and refine skills as the clinic evolves
