About The Position

As a nurse in our 32-bed surgical telemetry unit, you will be focused on providing high quality, patient and family centered care. Our primary population includes patients who require cardiothoracic surgery (post-CABG, valve replacement, pulmonary surgery), vascular surgery (lower limb bypass, carotid endarterectomy, amputation), and urology (prostatectomy, bladder tumor resection, continuous bladder irrigation). In our single patient rooms, we care for a diverse range of surgical and medical services requiring a progressive level of care.

Requirements

Registered Nurse license
Experience in cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, or urology is beneficial.
Ability to provide patient and family centered care.
Proficiency in progressive care.
Ability to work in a single patient room environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in surgical telemetry.
