About The Position
This is a 13-week assignment for a Registered Nurse with recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience. The role requires strong skills in medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation, with a focus on geriatric and long-term care populations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical judgment, communication, time management, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills, with the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in resident condition. The position involves 12-hour day shifts.
Requirements
- Active Kansas RN license or Compact RN license
- Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
- Experience with medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations
- Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in resident condition
- Strong clinical judgment
- Strong communication skills

- Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Availability for a 13-week assignment
