About The Position
Heartline Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week acute care / corrections contract in Memphis, Tennessee. Two openings are available. This role requires a Registered Nurse with at least 3 months of strong, recent, consecutive jail or correctional experience. The RN will deliver nursing care, monitor and assess patient conditions, implement care plans as necessary, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months of strong, recent, consecutive jail or correctional experience REQUIRED
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee REQUIRED
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends as needed REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a correctional setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
