About The Position

Gulfside Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their growing nursing team throughout Tampa Bay. This role focuses on providing personalized patient care with lower patient ratios and offers a healthy work-life balance with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call requirements. The RN will manage an assigned patient caseload, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and provide guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members. Patients are seen in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Gulfside provides training for RNs with no prior hospice experience.

Requirements

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license required.
Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred.
Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team-based approach to care.
Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance required.
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
Requires an AHCA Level 2 Fingerprint screening for eligibility.

Nice To Haves

No hospice experience is required; training is provided.
Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience is preferred.
