About The Position

The Registered RN is a professional caregiver and member of a multidisciplinary health care team. The nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during a designated time frame and supervises and provides care using the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self. The role follows established policies and procedures, communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors, and provides excellent customer service while interacting with staff, management, and physicians. The nurse applies Cooper core values and performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Current New Jersey BLS certification (Basic Life Support).

Nice To Haves

• Current NJ-CNOR (Certified Nurse, Operating Room) certification is preferred.
• Certain specialties may require advanced certification, such as ACLS, NALS, or PALS.
