About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide per diem, per visit state-required compliance visits in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible work. Pay Rates Start of Care (SOC): $80 per visit Subsequent Visit -$60 per visit Recertification Visit: $60 per visit
Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Familiarity with compliance or regulatory visits preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage visit schedules
Responsibilities
- Conduct state required Start of Care and recertification visits
- Complete required assessments and compliance documentation
- EMR charting
- Ensure all visits meet state regulatory requirements
- Educate clients on program expectations as applicable
- Submit accurate and timely documentation per agency guidelines
- Communicate findings or concerns to the administrative team
