About The Position

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including patients with complex medical needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing changes or concerns.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and ordered by nurses.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support continuity of care and patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, medications, and treatments.
