About The Position
Centurion is seeking a night shift Registered Nurse to join their team at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville, Tennessee. The RN will provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, Registered Nurses collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient.
Requirements
- Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license
- Current CPR
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Identifying, assessing, and responding to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
