About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical home, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services throughout Arizona. CBI provides prevention, education, and treatment for people experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness, using evidence-based models.

The Registered Nurse works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for nursing care provided to assigned patients. The RN carries out orders from medical practitioners and promptly communicates barriers to providing services to their supervisor and the attending medical practitioner. The RN delegates and supervises specific tasks performed by Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel, as appropriate.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current and good-standing Arizona Board of Nursing license, accepted compact license, or eligibility to obtain a license within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• One to three years of healthcare-related experience, preferably with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
