About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical home, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services throughout Arizona. Its programs serve individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. The Registered Nurse works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for nursing care provided to assigned patients. The RN carries out orders from the medical practitioner and promptly communicates barriers to providing services to their supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN delegates and supervises specific tasks performed by Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel, as appropriate. The listed shift is nights, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The posting also describes available shift differentials for qualifying evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current and in-good-standing Arizona Board of Nursing license, an accepted compact license, or license eligibility within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years of healthcare-related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations.

Responsibilities
