PurposeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide home health care to patients in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, independent clinical decision-making, and opportunities to build one-on-one relationships with patients. Nurses provide skilled visits addressing patients’ needs and supporting progress in daily life and recovery. Requirements

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
