About The Position
Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. Nurses provide personalized treatments for concerns such as fatigue, dehydration, migraines, jet lag, and hangovers at clients’ locations. The company is expanding across multiple states and seeks experienced RNs, NPs, and PAs for independent 1099 contractor positions. This flexible role offers nurses autonomy to choose their hours and availability while working with support from a medical leadership team. The company provides clinical onboarding, supply guidance, ongoing mentorship, and leads through national marketing. Nurses may also build their own clientele through local community connections. Compensation is described as having unlimited earning potential, with average monthly earnings of $1,000–$15,000 plus tips. The role involves administering IV hydration and vitamin therapies, providing concierge-level patient care in home, office, or event settings, managing schedules and client communication, growing a local client base, and maintaining accurate charting and safety protocols.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 full years of working RN experience, depending on specialty.
- Practice-area experience in emergency medicine, critical care, step down, labor and delivery, or flight/transport.
- High level of skill and confidence in IV placement.
- Ability to function independently following provider treatment-specific orders and systematically according to protocols and procedures.
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099).
- Must be able to commit to caring for patients when needed.

- Occasional evening and weekend availability is preferred.
