About The Position

Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. The company is expanding across multiple states and is seeking experienced RNs, NPs, and PAs for independent 1099 contractor positions. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, control over earning potential, clinical onboarding, supply guidance, ongoing mentorship, and leads generated through national marketing. The clinician administers IV hydration and vitamin therapies and provides concierge-level, wellness-focused patient care in clients’ homes, offices, or at events. The clinician manages their own schedule, communicates directly with clients, maintains accurate charting, follows safety protocols, and may grow a personal client base through local networking. Compensation is described as having unlimited earning potential, averaging $1,000–$15,000 per month, plus tips.

Requirements

Hold an active, current, unencumbered RN, NP, or PA license.
Have current BLS certification.
Have 1–2 years of clinical experience, depending on background.
Have 1–2 years of IV insertion experience, depending on experience.
Have reliable transportation.
Demonstrate a professional bedside manner.
Have a strong sense of independence, integrity, and patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Experience in ER, ICU, PACU, L&D, or another critical care setting is preferred.
