About The Position

The Nurse Navigator supports lung cancer screening programs and incidental lung nodule management through clinical case review, coordination, and navigation services. The role focuses on care coordination, documentation, and follow-up management without direct patient contact, ensuring timely screening, compliance, and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Associate degree or certificate.
• 2–4 years of RN experience.
• Case management or nurse navigation experience.
• EPIC charting experience.
• Ability to work independently in a non-patient-facing role.
• Availability for weekday shifts and rotating holidays.
