About The Position

Vibra Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join their team for a Full Time Night Shift position in the HAU/ICU Unit. This role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus opportunity and a New Clinical Career Ladder for Full Time Employees, providing pay increases after successful completion of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert Levels. Vibra Hospital of Boise is a 40-bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, including trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. The hospital offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can get to know patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
  • Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare.
  • Provides direct patient care, along with delegating and supervising all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
