About The Position

Frasier is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN Night Shift position (10 pm-6:30 am) at its Summit Care Center in Boulder, CO. This role involves building meaningful relationships with residents, delivering high-quality, person-centered care, and providing clinical oversight and guidance to LPNs and CNAs for up to 54 skilled nursing residents. The position offers a pay rate of $41.15-$52.68/hour, with applicable shift differentials included. Requirements

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification at the healthcare-provider level (CPR and AED with hands-on skills)
• Strong observation skills and ability to recognize subtle changes in resident condition
• Clear communication and collaborative, teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary care environment
• Understanding of dementia care approach and person-centered care principle

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living community, or long-term care environment preferred
