Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively during night shifts and handle high-pressure situations
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient-centered care
Self-scheduling

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
