RN - Trauma/Orthopedics - Harborview (90% FTE, Nights)
About The Position
Harborview Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for its 6 East Hospital Trauma/Orthopedic unit. This 26-bed unit provides acute care for patients with orthopedic injuries, as well as medicine and general surgery patients. Patients commonly have complex injuries involving the spine, pelvis, long bones, hands, or feet. The unit also cares for patients who have undergone replantation surgery and flap procedures. This is a regular 90% FTE position on 12-hour night shifts, scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., at Harborview Medical Center’s Seattle First Hill campus. The position offers a collaborative, supportive healthcare environment, nurse educators and preceptors, and professional development and continuing education opportunities. Pay ranges from $46.97 to $87.02 per hour. Additional compensation may include premiums for a BSN or higher degree, specialty certification, night shifts, weekend shifts, and overtime.
Requirements
- License to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington.
