Requirements

  • Colorado Registered Nursing License, in good standing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced training in geriatrics preferred.
  • 1-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
  • 1-year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Keep Care Plans fresh and fabulous! Attend Resident Care conferences, ensure Care Plans are accurate and up-to-date, and watch them transform residents' lives for the better.
  • Master the art of medication management! Prepare, administer, and document medications with precision, stay on top of ordering, and ensure expired meds get replaced faster than you can say "pharmacy run."
  • Document like your life depends on it! Record patient care issues with crystal-clear precision and communicate them to the team—because clear communication truly saves lives!
  • Channel your inner detective! Spot signs and symptoms early, trust your clinical judgment, and confidently select the best treatment approaches. You've got this!
  • Lead with heart and purpose! Supervise and mentor ancillary personnel, provide constructive feedback that helps them grow, and foster a supportive, collaborative care environment where everyone thrives.
