About The Position

Join INTEGRIS Health as a night-shift, full-time Cardiac Critical Care Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Heart Hospital, located at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, care planning, implementation of appropriate interventions, and evaluation of those interventions. The nurse also supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Other certifications and competencies required based on the service line skill.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessments and reassessments.
Develop the plan of care.
Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
Evaluate appropriate patient care interventions.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
