About The Position

Pendant Staffing, a subsidiary of The Ensign Group, is seeking passionate, dedicated, and caring Registered Nurses for opportunities in the Austin, Texas area. We specialize in assisting healthcare professionals with their immigrant visa journeys, including visa sponsorship and relocation support. Our partners operate over 370 skilled nursing facilities across 17 states, aiming to connect healthcare professionals with employers dedicated to dignifying long-term care. Nurses will receive compensation commensurate with their experience, equivalent to their US counterparts, and a relocation package including housing assistance, a cash allowance, and reimbursement for visa and licensing fees.

Requirements

A U.S. Nursing License or pass NCLEX RN Exam
At least one year of current or recent nursing experience
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
