About The Position

Pendant Staffing, a subsidiary of The Ensign Group, is seeking passionate, dedicated, and caring Registered Nurses for opportunities in the Reno, Nevada area. We specialize in assisting healthcare professionals with their immigrant visa journey, including visa sponsorship for Green Card, TN, or other applicable visa types. Requirements

A U.S. Nursing License or pass NCLEX RN Exam
At least one year of current or recent nursing experience
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
