About The Position

Join Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better! This is a Seasonal position with a 13-week contract and a $1500 completion bonus. The role involves 12-hour NIGHT shifts (7pm-7am) in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). Our CVICU is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. The CVICU leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. The CVICU has 15 beds and a patient population including Cardiac Surgery, TAVR, Impella, LVAD, IABP, ECMO, and ECPR. The patient ratios are 1:1-2. The department is Silver Beason recognized by AACN, and the ECMO team is nurse and RT driven. Requirements

A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience.
A minimum of (1) one year's experience in the field of nursing.
A valid Registered Nurse license.
The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
Manage high acuity patients including those requiring Cardiac Surgery, TAVR, Impella, LVAD, IABP, ECMO, and ECPR.
Maintain patient ratios of 1:1-2.
Collaborate with the CVICU leadership team and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in a learning and mentoring environment.
Contribute to a culture of safety and quality care.
