About The Position

Join Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better! This is a Seasonal - 13 week contract position with a $1500 completion bonus. The shift is 12 hour Days (7am-7pm) with CVICU Opportunities. Our CVICU is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. The CVICU leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. The CVICU patient population includes Cardiac Surgery, TAVR, Impella, LVAD, IABP, ECMO, ECPR. Patient ratios are 1:1-2 in a 15-bed unit. The department is Silver Beason recognized by AACN, and the ECMO team is nurse and RT driven. Requirements

A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience
A minimum of (1) one year's experience in the field of nursing
A valid Registered Nurse license
The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to high acuity patients in a fast-paced CVICU environment.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to foster learning and mentoring.
Manage patient care for Cardiac Surgery, TAVR, Impella, LVAD, IABP, ECMO, and ECPR patients.
Maintain patient ratios of 1:1-2.
Participate in a nurse and RT driven ECMO team.
