As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You’ll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while effectively communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Your role is critical in ensuring patient goals are met and solutions are implemented when variances occur.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
