About The Position

The Inpatient RN safely provides and guides direct patient care within the hospital setting. This includes implementing plans of care, delivering clinical interventions, and managing medication administration.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver safe, effective care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Partner with the multidisciplinary team to update progress toward goals and support positive patient outcomes.
• Monitor for changes in patient condition and execute ordered interventions appropriately.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Maintain patient privacy and ensure the confidentiality of all protected information.
• Practice cost containment by utilizing facility resources appropriately.
• Participate in facility training and continuous learning opportunities.
