About The Position
Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join their team at the Joni Fair Hospice House in Pueblo, CO. The organization is a leader in Southern Colorado, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and maintaining the integrity of individuals and their families who require supportive or end-of-life services by offering symptom management, support, comfort, and compassion.
Requirements
- Valid non-restricted nursing license in the state of Colorado
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice or home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during a crucial time.
- Providing individualized attention to patients with a 1:10 patient ratio.
