About The Position
As a Registered Nurse on the Birch unit at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients in an Inpatient Rehabilitation setting. This role offers opportunities for professional development, including pursuing certifications and advanced degrees through a Tuition Reimbursement Program, and engagement in various hospital and system-wide committees, Unit Councils, research projects, precepting, and the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- 3 year(s) of recent Acute Rehab or related Nurse experience required
- RN Diploma, ASN required
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Caring for an Inpatient Rehabilitation patient population.
- Being a part of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Pursuing certifications or advanced nursing degrees.
- Joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
