About The Position
Gentiva Hospice is hosting an Open House/Walk In Wednesday for current hospice RN openings and career opportunities in compassionate, patient-centered care. They are seeking passionate, committed professionals to make a difference in the lives of patients and families in their community. The event provides an opportunity to meet the team, learn about the company culture, mission, and values, speak directly with hiring managers, participate in on-site interviews, and discuss potential career paths. Attendees can also learn about making a meaningful impact in hospice care and enjoy light refreshments while networking. Full-Time RN Case Manager (weekdays) and PRN RN positions are available.
Requirements
- Registered Nurses (RN) licensed in the state of employment.
- Professionals committed to providing patient-focused care.
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
- Must meet minimum requirements to be eligible for benefits.
- Must meet state-specific requirements where applicable.
- Safety-sensitive position.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care in the comfort of patients' homes.
- Guide patients and their families through the physical, emotional, and spiritual effects of a serious illness or terminal diagnosis.
- Manage patient cases as an RN Case Manager (full-time) or provide PRN nursing care.
